Registration is now concluded

All nations have entered and the lists are in progress of validation

Athlete hotels

As the participation list are now concluded we are in the progress of submitting the participants to the hotels.

We still have less than 4 countries with additional asks which we are working to meet or offer solutions for in Aarhus and those countries have already received information based on their particular requests.

For all other athletes: We have rooms booked for you and will ensure that the hotels are ready to welcome you on Friday the 19th of June.

Airport shuttle Friday and Sunday

Transportation from BLL or AAR are arranged for Friday directly to the designated athletes hotels and reverse Sunday from the designated hotels to either of the two mentioned airports.
